Ilse Duponcheel
Ilse Duponcheel is an international hospitality strategist, trainer, and founder of Dolce World, a Belgian platform promoting Vital Hospitality, a people-centered approach to leadership, guest experience, and business growth.
With over 30 years of international experience across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, she specializes in connecting hospitality professionals, brands, and business opportunities. For Belgian Days Hong Kong, Ilse helped introduce Belgian culinary talent and partners, including two young Belgian chefs who are Maîtres Rôtisseurs and the premium sparkling wine producer Chant d’Eole.
Ilse also serves as Bailli Délégué de Belgique and a member of the Conseil Magistral of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, strengthening her global network within the gastronomic and hospitality sectors.
Through Dolce World, she develops leadership programs, hospitality consulting projects, gastronomic concepts, and international partnerships, with a mission to connect people, talent, products, and opportunities to create more meaningful and sustainable hospitality experiences.
