Antoine Pierre

A renowned jazzman, highly active both as a bandleader and sideman, Antoine Pierre managed to carefully — and brilliantly — insert himself into Belgium’s EDM and indie scenes. He restarted his journey from scratch, under the alias VAAGUE, far from the stages and clubs he had frequented for years. A winning bet, which five years later sees VAAGUE carving a path to the coolest stages, performing for an eclectic audience that’s always captivated.

He creates tracks that, when played live, turn into choreographies: rhythm, technique, and fun combine in the drummer's precise and fluid movements. No backing track, no loop, no safety net — just as he promised himself.
