Charmaine Siu-Man Wong

Pipa performing artist Charmaine Siu-man Wong is celebrated as a passion-driven artist whose performances are glamorous, dynamic, and technically brilliant. A winner of multiple competitions and the HSBC Scholarship, this graduate of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and Kingston University, London, has performed globally across Europe and Asia.

Her extensive career includes solo recitals, orchestral collaborations, and a 2023 Hong Kong Arts Development Council - supported exchange with Irish piper Mark Redmond in Hong Kong and Irish universities. Invited by the Consulate General of Belgium in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong SAR government, the Government of Sweden, and Confucius Institutes across Europe, she has appeared at the multipal Festivals and events and toured 14 countries. Wong currently serves as Concertmaster of the Hong Kong Plucked String Chinese Orchestra, founding committee member of the Hong Kong Chinese Music Development Fund Association, and director of Chinese Music development of the Hong Kong Cultural and Sports Tourism Exchange Association.
