Gilles Vanderstocken

Gilles Vanderstocken is a practicing architect and university teacher living in Hong Kong since 2012. Besides his journey as an architect, he is constantly looking for new artistic interests. If he documented his friends and their life via analogue cameras in the 2000s, his most revered medium remains music in its every form. An accomplished musician, with a solid background in musical theory, he played in various bands and composed a couple of soundtracks, one of his favourite genres. For the last 30 years he has been collecting records, recently aiming at sharing this material via listening sessions and curated playlists.
