比利時-盧森堡商會非常榮幸能主辦「物流生命線：香港－比利時通往歐洲的門戶」研討會。
本次活動旨在加強比利時與香港之間的聯繫，通過探索物流作為香港的命脈，以及如何通過一個經驗豐富的歐洲門戶來加強更廣泛的香港-歐洲走廊。該計劃探討比利時，特別是弗蘭德斯、布魯塞爾和瓦隆，如何作為進入歐洲的最佳門戶，地理、政策和長期發展的連接在此匯聚，形成一個韌性的物流生態系統。
我們的討論將從地理位置著手：探討為何比利時得天獨厚的中心位置及其跨區域整合優勢，使其成為進軍歐洲市場的天然門戶。接著，我們將轉向基礎設施議題，重點探討連接安特衛普－布魯日港、列日機場與布魯塞爾機場的戰略軸線。這條走廊不僅僅是運輸通道，它更是奠定今日物流生態系統的基石，串聯了海運通道、空運、內陸配送，以及橫跨歐洲的快速轉運網絡。
最後，我們將這個故事與能引起國際受眾強烈共鳴的生態系統觀點相連結：比利時的連通性與多式聯運設計，如何轉化為供應鏈效率、更順暢的營運，以及國際貿易中可靠的多式聯運銜接。
本次研討會邀請了來自我們備受尊崇的比利時企業會員的講者，包括AWEX、布魯塞爾機場、Bpost，以及百威亞太區，他們將分享關於市場准入、連通性、物流營運及實務供應鏈策略的見解，並以此闡明本次活動的核心論點：比利時不僅是通往歐洲的門戶；更是一個旨在確保貨物流通具競爭力的生態系統。

Roland Reiland
Ambassador of Luxembourg in Beijing
Rol Reiland is a senior Luxembourg diplomat, who has spent most of his career promoting innovation and sustainable development at positions with the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Before being appointed Ambassador of Luxembourg to China, Mongolia and Pakistan in 2023, he was advising Luxembourg's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence and coordinating Luxembourg’s positioning in EU Common Security and Defence Policy.
Besides that, he led policymaking around the impacts of global environmental change (incl. climate change) on human and national security.
He also contributed actively to the set-up of the NATO Innovation Fund – a 1 bn EUR venture capital fund investing into start-up companies developing dual-use emerging and disruptive technologies.

With over 5 years of experience in the region, he specializes in fostering bilateral trade, investment, and cultural relations between Belgium.
