Fabrice Geerens began his journey in the kitchen, trained in catering and passionate about creation. Craving more human connection, he moved to the dining room—only to discover his true calling behind the bar. There, he found the perfect blend of creativity and customer interaction.
Through years with the Union of Bartenders of Belgium and international competitions, Fabrice earned recognition and honed his craft. From barback to bar manager in top hotels and Europe’s largest casino, he later transitioned into restaurant management.
Today, Fabrice shares his expertise as a teacher in Dining Room and Bar, while continuing to innovate in mixology—always experimenting, always evolving.
