Pieter-Jan Dekoning

My name is Pieter-Jan Dekoning, I'm 27 years old and was a pastry chef in multiple michelin starred restaurants in Belgium and the Netherlands. I came to Hong Kong to be the pastry sous chef in the Three star michelin restaurant Amber by Manderine Oriental. After 7 months I transfered for a new opportunity as the pastry chef in the newly opened restaurant, Terrace Boulud.
