Belgian Dinner at TDS of VTC Pokfulam Complex

On 14 November, The Dining Society (TDS) of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) Pokfulam Complex will host a Belgian-themed dinner for approximately 60 guests. The evening will feature Hong Kong-Belgian Chef Michel Lo, along with students and instructors of the VTC Hospitality Discipline, who will present a menu inspired by the fusion of Hong Kong and Belgian cuisines. This event aims to immerse guests in a cultural and culinary experience that highlights the diverse flavors of both Hong Kong and Belgian gastronomy.
