Special highlight: Pastry chef Michel Lo will be creating a chocolate sculpture live on site—a must-see for chocolate lovers and art enthusiasts alike!

Honored with UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage status, Belgian beer is defined by its celebrated spirit of innovation, deep complexity, and centuries-old craftsmanship. Every element, from traditional chalices to specialized glassware tailored to capture subtle aromatics, is curated for the ultimate sensory experience.

Hosted at the PMQ Taste Library and led by renowned Asia Beer Educator and writer Kenneth Ho, the Belgian Beer Workshop offers a guided journey through this rich heritage, showcasing the timeless artistry poured into every glass.

Join Studio Caffeine for a latte art adventure!

Led by David, their multi-award-winning head barista and champion coach. Guiding you through this hands-on workshop. They will transform a simple drink into a sensory experience. Start from detailed notes and expert theory, then dive right into pouring time.

Pick between coffee or rich hot chocolate as your base and let your creativity shine!

To prepare the drinks, guests will have a chance to operate the professional espresso machine.
