於「比利時日」在 PMQ 味覺圖書館（PMQ Taste Library）登場的「比利時啤酒之旅」工作坊，由知名亞洲啤酒導師兼作家 Kenneth Ho（何基豪）主講，帶領參加者深入探索這段豐厚的文化遺產，細細品味灌注於每一杯酒中的永恆匠藝。

Led by David, their multi-award-winning head barista and champion coach. Guiding you through this hands-on workshop. They will transform a simple drink into a sensory experience. Start from detailed notes and expert theory, then dive right into pouring time.
Pick between coffee or rich hot chocolate as your base and let your creativity shine!
To prepare the drinks, guests will have a chance to operate the professional espresso machine.
